Who Can Play
You must be at least 18 years old to open an AW33 account and play. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online gaming is permitted for you where you live.
Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and any bonuses or winnings linked to them may be cancelled.
Your Account and Verification
Please give accurate personal details when you register and keep them up to date. AW33 may ask for identity and address documents to verify your account, especially before your first withdrawal.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Activity on your account is treated as yours unless you report unauthorised access to us promptly.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency
All balances on AW33 are held in NPR. The minimum deposit is NPR 500. Available deposit and withdrawal options, along with any limits and processing times, are shown in the Cashier section of your account.
Withdrawals are paid to methods in your own name. We may need to complete verification checks before releasing funds, and we can decline transactions that appear fraudulent or linked to money laundering.
Bonuses and Promotions
The welcome offer gives new players 150% of their first deposit, up to NPR 15,000 in bonus funds. Every bonus has its own wagering requirement, time limit and game rules, which are shown with the offer and form part of these terms.
Abuse of promotions, such as using multiple accounts or coordinated betting to clear bonuses, may lead to bonus removal and account closure.
Betting and Game Rules
Sports bets are settled according to official results and the specific market rules shown on AW33. For cricket, this includes rules for rain-affected, shortened or abandoned matches. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected or voided.
Casino game outcomes are determined by the game software or live dealer. If a game malfunctions, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned.
Suspension and Closure
You can close your account at any time by contacting support, or self-exclude using our responsible gaming tools. AW33 may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated on the site, and continuing to play means you accept the updated version.
